Real Estate Industry Award 2010

From 1 January 2010, employees of corporations in the real estate industry in Queensland are covered by new National Employment Standards and a new award.

For non-corporations, the same award applied from "the end of the full pay period commencing before 1 February 2011".

Agreement Registration

Employees covered by the award are required to have a written agreement registered with QPIR.

National Employment Standards

Employees in the real estate industry in Queensland are also covered by the National Employment Standards.
