Set out below is the documentation needed to amend Employment Agreements registered with QPIR.

Amending Registered Agreements - NON Corporations

Employees of non-corporations covered by the Property Management/Sales Awards are required to have any amendment to their Employment Agreement registered with QPIR, within seven days of the amendment being made.

The paperwork needed is:

  1. Schedule 2 - Application to Register Amended Terms of Employment; and
  2. The Amendment to the Employment Agreement (including any annexure to the Amendment that may affect the employee's income).
