Agreement Registration Notes

Employees of NON Corporations covered by the Property Management/Sales Awards are required to have an Employment Agreement registered with QPIR, within seven days of commencement of employment.

The paperwork needed is:

  1. Schedule 1 - Application to Register Agreement and/or Opt Out; and
  2. An Employment Agreement (including any annexure to the Employment Agreement that may affect the employee's income).

Employers are also free to use their own Employment Agreements if they wish.
