Agreement Registration Notes
Employees of NON Corporations covered by the Property Management/Sales Awards are required to have an Employment Agreement registered with QPIR, within seven days of commencement of employment.
The paperwork needed is:
- Schedule 1 - Application to Register Agreement and/or Opt Out; and
- An Employment Agreement (including any annexure to the Employment Agreement that may affect the employee's income).
Employment Agreements for NON Corporations are available as follows:
- Realworks Live
- Other commercial providers
- Some franchisors
Employers are also free to use their own Employment Agreements if they wish.
