The Real Estate Industry Award 2010 mandates that all community and strata title management, property management & property sales employees in Queensland to have a written agreement registered with QPIR. 

This is a legal requirement.

Many different agreement templates are available for use in Queensland's real estate industry, from a number of different providers, including the REIQ, some franchise groups, and private commercial organisations.  QPIR does not provide agreements, can refer employers to the following suppliers:

• Agreements by REPSA (comprehensive agreements)
• Realworks Live (basic agreements)
